Your goal is to do at least 100 non-stop. Now, don't worry if you can't do that many or even come close to 100 at first. It'll take time. So just do this to begin with. Each day, do 100 hindu squats. That's it. You can do it in however many sets and reps you want. Just shoot for 100 repetitions total for the day.
