1. Eat a bunch of apples each day
I prefer you eat 3 apples a day as snacks, but you can also eat them right before meals. Apples are great to eat because they're relatively high in water content, as well as fiber. A good combo to have.
I have 100's and 100's of clients that eat 3 apples a day and don't do much else of anything... and they lose on average about 2 pounds a month for 2-4 months. After 2-4 months, it seems to lose it's weight loss affects, but at least for 2-4 months you can expect to lose about 2 pounds.
2. Eat eggs everyday
I prefer you eat eggs twice a day, but I'll be happy if you just eat a minimum of 3 scrambled eggs a day. In the morning is best, but if you need to make baby steps eat them for dinner. Just eat them.
3. Stop with the liquid calories
The average fat American consumes over 25% of his or her calories from liquids... sodas mainly. STOP IT. Don't be like them. Liquids weren't meant to be calories. Calories naturally happen in foods.
Just do those 3 things and you can start righting the ship and halt a weight loss disaster before it even starts.
